Strip the edible leafy greens or the tasty herbs away from their woody stems in a flash using this simple little tool. Use with leafy greens such as kale, swiss chard, collards or herbs such as oregano, rosemary, thyme or tarragon. Six notches of varying sizes will fit over most stems and makes sure you get every bit of the good stuff from your vegetable. Simply lay the leaf on your counter or cutting board, place the right size notch over the big end of the stem, just below the leaf, and with steady, even pressure glide the tool up the length of the stem. It will quickly and easily separate the stem from the edible parts, ready for the next step of your cooking process! The Kale and Herb Stripper is made of durable, BPA-free plastic.
