Spice Travels “A spice merchant’s voyage of discovery”

Spice Merchant Ian Hemphill takes us along the ancient and modern spice routes from India, Turkey, Mexico, Sri Lanka and Zanzibar to Outback Australia. Ian discovered that there really is a brotherhood of spice merchants when he was invited to an international spice meeting in Delhi. Since that awakening, he and his wife Liz have ventured around the globe in search of spices and to see for themselves how they are grown and processed.
