Grandma Lamure’s Spice’ N Slice Salami Mix (Value Pak) 3 Spice Packs
Ingredients Box Contains: (3) 1oz packets of salt , mustard , spices, dehydrated garlic, sugar , natural smoke flavor , and not more than 2% silicon dioxide or soybean oil as an anticaking agent ,and(3) 0.5oz. packets of cure containing salt , sodium nitrite (0.37%), sodium bicarbonate (0.37%), and tricalcium phosphate (0.10%) as an anticaking agent. Directions 1. Mix Total Package contents with 1/3rd cup of water and blend thoroughly with 2 pounds of Ground Beef, Venison, Turkey,Moose, Elk ot pork. 2. Divide into 3 equal portions and shape into compact rolls 12″ long. 3. Place the Rolls onto a wire rack with a drip pan and bake for 1 hour. When finished you can eat it right away or place finished product in Refrigerator or you can Freeze it also. . Also try adding olives, peppers, or even cheese.
