Use with leafy greens such as kale, swiss chard, collards or herbs such as oregano, rosemary, thyme or tarragon. Six notches of varying sizes will fit over most stems and makes sure you get every bit of the good stuff from your vegetable. Simply lay the leaf on your counter or cutting board, place the right size notch over the big end of the stem, just below the leaf, and with steady, even pressure glide the tool up the length of the stem.
